Steel Collection

Ornamental steel fences, gates & related hardware.

Three welded construction methods — C-channel, face-welded and center-welded tubular — built from pre-galvanized coil and finished with a multi-layer architectural coating system.

Construction Types

C-channel steel fence panel

C-Channel Panels & Gates

Pickets pass through a formed C-channel rail — ten standard configurations, flush through spear top.

Face welded steel panel

Face-Welded Panels & Gates

Pickets welded to the face of the rail tube for a strong, flat profile in 2 and 3-rail layouts.

Coating System

Five layers between steel and weather

Our steel tubes are protected by a full multi-stage coating process — not a single coat of paint. Each layer has a job.

  • Outer architectural powder coat — high-gloss top shield, UV and impact resistant
  • Zinc-rich epoxy primer — sacrificial corrosion barrier
  • Phosphate coating sealer — locks adhesion between layers
  • G60 galvanized layer — zinc coating on the base substrate
  • 45,000 PSI steel core — the structural backbone
